It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Noel at home surrounded by his loving family on April 27, 2023 aged 78 years. Soulmate of Diane (dec). Adored Dad of Rachel. Doting Poppi of Ashar, Levanah, Bailey, Flynn, and Willow. Missed by all his family and friends.
