Passed away peacefully at Mildura Base Public Hospital on June 2, 2021 aged 68 years. Loved husband of Carolyn (dec). Loving father and father in-law of James and Paige.
Son of the late Joseph and Elsie Rice. Brother of Marjorie, Stephen (dec), Helen (dec) and Gary. Loved son in-law of Jim and Lorna Allan.
