Passed away peacefully in Mildura surrounded by her loving family on Friday August 20, 2021 aged 44 years. Beloved wife of John Axen. Loving mother and stepmother of Imogyn, Jeneah (dec), Dekota, Sarah, Tyler, Brodie, Tegan. Loved Nan of Cohen. Cherished daughter of Naida and Andy Chiswell; and Kelvin Ritchie.
