COVID-19 information

We are working closely with families to ensure all funeral services continue in line with the Victorian Government's regulations. The below information can change at short notice; please visit the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Victoria website for more information.

  • From 15 December 2021 mandatory vaccination requirements will be removed for attendees at funerals and places of worship.
  • Digital check-in is required at all funerals
  • Funeral premises are not listed in the relevant Open Premises Pandemic Orders and therefore are not subject to the density quotient.
  • There will not be any vaccination requirements or limits on participants, nor any requirement to check vaccination status. However if the service is being held in a venue that has vaccination requirements, such as hospitality settings, community facilities, or entertainment venues, then you must follow that venue’s vaccination requirements.
  • Face masks are required indoors (except at home) for everyone aged 8 and above at all times, unless an exception applies.
    • We strongly recommend that you wear a face mask outdoors, if you can’t physically distance, have any symptoms, or if you are with people who may be vulnerable to COVID-19.
  • Gathering restrictions there are no limits to the number of people you can gather with in your home or in public places. For the latest travel advice visit the VIC Government website for more information.
  • If you have any questions about the above settings, please get in touch with our team or visit the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Victoria website for more information.
  • If you have symptoms, stay home and get tested. If you don’t have symptoms, but you’re going to a gathering or visiting someone vulnerable, consider taking a rapid antigen test.

During this difficult time please consider the health and safety of yourself and others in particular the elderly and vulnerable.
