My darling John Bentley, it so hard to say goodbye to such a wonderful man, special friend and member of our family. Through the tears, we (Rick, me, Katie, John and Dean) have enjoyed reminiscing about what an integral part you played in our growing up. The trips to Green Lake in the Zephyr, saving us from the Ginger Cat, helping us climb the big Fig tree in Aunty Hills backyard, your fabulous laugh, yoir patience…evidenced in loving us (the travelling circus) and building all your battle ships that lined the shelves in your bedroom (no touching, just looking:). And the Queen…you loved the Queen and assured me when she died, that Charles would do a good job.
Aunty Hill and Clare were blessed to have you , and so were we. I must say, my most precious memory of the wonderful man you were, was on Aunty Hills last day, when she was in so much pain, you scooped her up in your big beautiful arms and carried her to care. So blessed to have shared this day with you.
You always will be our Johnny Bentley, our JB, our Big John and the best cousin. We have loved every part you played in our lives. I will miss you darling. Love from Jen and Peter, Rick and Tom, Katie and Simon, John (little John), Dean and Penn and Anderson families

Love and condolences to Clare. I remember fondly, how our families seemed to be “joined at the hip” during our growing up. Loved being together with Uncle Jack and Aunty Hillary, Clare & John. RIP John
