Enid was special and unique to the end, a beautiful friend and confidante of Mum’s. An educator in all things, a deviator never. Luckily for us, lots of Borschmann DNA to carry on.
Marlene Gunn
Respected and admired colleague and ‘boss’. Beautiful neighbour and friend to both Geoff and me and our three children – Debbie, Billy and Tracy.
Our children loved Enid and her incredible vegetable garden – she provided them with sweet corns galore which they devoured fresh from the garden. ‘Borsch’ is Billy’s Godmother.
Borsch and I have maintained contact, and been good friends for more than fifty-five years.
She was an amazing woman who will be missed, so badly, sadly missed.
Loved and missed

Our friendship with Enid goes back 50 years. We met through my aunt Maude (Nettleton) where we spent each Easter. We had over 21 years of camping with Enid and Jill (and various others) on the river each Easter. When our boys grew older Enid and Jill Barry and I enjoyed holidays together. Kangaroo Island, King Island, Flinders Island, Tasmania, Norfolk Island, Lord Howe Island, Innaminka, summer in the alps.
We had great times, good food, fine wine, scrabble, cards and much laughter.
We will miss you Enid. You have had a good life well lived.
