Passed away peacefully with his family by his side aged 98 years. Beloved husband of Valma for 74 years. Cherished and devoted father and father in-law of Margaret and Mike (dec) Kent, Maureen, Annette and Leon Power, David and Elaena, Patrick and Stacey, Colleen and Kevin Glass, and Steve Davis. Much loved grandfather of 12 and great grandfather of 15.

Family and friends of the late Mr. Gerald Byrnes are respectfully informed that his Funeral Prayers will be conducted at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Eleventh Street, Mildura on Thursday February 5, 2026, at 2.00pm. At the conclusion of the service the cortege will proceed to the Nichols Point Cemetery, Lawn 2 Karadoc Avenue, Nichols Point.
