A true gentleman, generous in every way, welcoming, inclusive, supportive to resident medical staff and very funny. Respected by all he will always live on in our memories as a great doctor and a wonderful human being.

Deepest condolences to Kev’s family and friends.
I had the honour of meeting Kev on only a few occasions but was nonetheless touched by his genuine thought and consideration of others.
He leaves a wonderful legacy in his children and grandchildren who, like Kev, inspire those around them to strive to build a better world.
    Sending love and deepest sympathy

    Julie,
All our love to you and the family. It was wonderful that you and Kevin found your way back to each other and had made a rich and vibrant life together. I know Nick would also send his love if he was able. We loved visiting you in Mildura. Ben and Toria also send their love.
    Kathleen ❤️

What an incredible loss to Kev’s family, friends, colleagues and the community. I am so sorry you had to leave too soon. One of my fondest memories of you was arriving for short stop-over to see you and Jules on our way back to Canberra from SA. We were met at the door by the two you and your arms were wide, your smile huge and you beamed “welcome”. That’s how it always was with you. Welcome ! Sis. Kid. Kiddo. Berni. We were all welcome. We will miss you.

KC was a great surgeon- his big hands were gentle, precise and fast. While he has saved countless lives where others may have not, his lasting legacy will be in the surgical teachers he has inspired. We loved him for the time he took to care for the next generation of surgeons and for that our community will be forever grateful.
Thank-you Julie and family, for sharing KC with us. My love and deepest condolences. Xx
