EUFEMIA, Roccotella ‘Rocchina’ (nee Dianò)

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Rocchina.
Born on 19 August 1930 in Castelmezzano (PZ), Italy and passed away on 18 August 2025, in her 95th year. Beloved wife of Rocco (dec). Dearly loved mother of Vito (dec), Serafina Fuoco, Josie Bowes, Maria Treloar, and Pierina Grogan and mother-in-law of Settimio, Michael, Donald and Justin.  Cherished Nonna and ‘Old’ Nonna to 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandsons. Respected sister, sister-in-law and Zia of the late Francesco and Michelina Dianò of Mildura and her extended family in Italy.

 

Rocchina will be remembered for her strength, determination,  quick wit, and for living life to the fullest.

Forever loved, forever remembered.

  

Family and friends of the late Mrs Rocchina Eufemia are respectfully informed that her Requiem Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Sacred Heart Church, Eleventh Street, Mildura, on Wednesday August 27, 2025 at 10.00am. At the conclusion of the Mass the cortege will proceed to Nichols Point Monumental Cemetery.

Rosary will be recited at the Chapel of McGlynn Hunt Funerals 38-40 Madden Avenue, Mildura on Tuesday August 26, 2025 at 6.00pm.

The family request NO LUTTO.
