It was with enormous sadness that we read of Ian’s passing.
Ian was an invaluable member of the Mildura Visitor Information Centre for many years.
His cheery smile and generous nature came to the fore when greeting visitors to our region.
A very community minded gentleman, he had a passion for gadgets, sausage sizzles, comical emails and Merbein. But paramount was Ian’s love for his family. We looked forward to his regular updates on the family particularly his precious grandsons. He was a very proud father and grandfather.
A lovely man now reunited with his dear Nancy.

    His mates at the MVIC

My sincere condolences on Ian’s passing, such a kind and generous man. Ian’s commitment to community especially through Rotary where he served as President 3 times, Secretary 3 times and Treasurer 6 times during his 41 years of membership, a wonderful effort. RIP “Gardie”
