Passed away peacefully at Mildura Base Public Hospital on Sunday, September 6, 2026, aged 74 years. Loving son of Wal and Dot (both dec). Much loved brother of Margaret (dec), Dorothy, Lesley, Malcolm (dec), and Andrew (dec). Loved brother-in-law and ‘Uncle Mate’ to his nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Funeral Service to celebrate Ernie’s life will be conducted at the Red Cliffs Lawn Cemetery Millewa Road, Red Cliffs, tomorrow Thursday September 10, 2026, at 10.30am.

Condolences to all of Ernies Family.
Saddened to hear of Ernies passing. Fond memories of Ern within our Family over many years. Erns sense of humour was subtle, mischievous and at times was delivered without changing his facial expressions but then came a slight smile and then came the laughter. Ern was a true blue Aussie bushy and his memory will live on forever.
