HARDS, Josephine Margaret “Meg”

Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family in Mildura on Sunday February 8, 2026 aged 84 years. Loved and loving wife of Ron. Adored mother and mother-in-law of Wendy and Russell, Sharon and Russell, Emma and Adam, Nick and Emma. Special Grandma of 18 and Great Grandma Jo of 17.

A Funeral service to celebrate Meg’s life will be conducted at the Chapel of McGlynn Hunt Funerals, 38-40 Madden Avenue, Mildura on Friday February 13, 2026 at 2.30pm. A private cremation will be held.

    Margaret was a dear friend of mine Dawn (McGaffin) from primary school Meringar. We had sleep overs at her mums farm, then we would catch my dad’s school bus to school.
    Over the years I did catch up with her from time to time when shopping in Mildura, which was great
