My heartfelt condolences to family and friends of the ’smiling man’ who always greeted me at the front entrance of Chaffey with a welcoming smile, when I came to visit my mother.
Such a wonderful smile. . . . .
Bob you will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing you.
Rest in Peace Mr Smily.

Our sincerest heartfelt condolences to your family Daniel, Elizabeth, Alistair and Anne and extended families and relatives.
Sending you all our love and virtual hugs.
(Judy was a step-Auntie to me, therefore we always considered Bob as a step Uncle).
We were very saddened to hear of Bob passing and especially before we had the opportunity to visit Mildura again in 2026 (our last attempt to visit both Bob and Judy in 2020 was unfortunately thwarted due to Covid closures).
My parents and Bob and Judy had known each other so well… going right back to each of their wedding years when all in Melbourne in fellowship together.
Bob will be so dearly missed by all whom had the honour of knowing him.
He was a great friend, mentor and support to myself and my family from 1974 onwards in our Buronga days, and I will treasure the many memories I have of him very dearly.
A truly respected gentleman called home and is now at peace with his beloved Judy.
(Am so sorry that due to distance now living in WA, we will be unable to attend Bob’s service, but will be with you all in thought and prayer and appreciate the opportunity of the live-stream.)
Til We Meet Again….
