How do you pay a fitting and just tribute to a man that influenced so many at one club on so many levels….
He was a friend to all, a cheeky and happy man, a support and confidant to anyone that was suffering, volunteer, beer drinking partner, chip cooker, bar tender and the list goes on and on.
Hoops was and always will be an inspiration on how he fought for so long with the most positive attitude. He had time for everyone no matter what he was going through himself.
We will dearly miss seeing his face around the club, the world is a dimmer place and so will be our club with you gone.
All our love to Sandra and the family.
🖤💛RIP HOOPS🖤💛

To Sandra and family my sincere heart felt condolences.
The most bravest special bloke I could have wished to have known.
A true inspiration to me with my cancer journey I will never forget his help and the strength and resolve that I learnt from him.
Going to miss the banter and cheek little man.
RIP mate.
