    To Jan and family
Dr Neville Japp was my first veterinary employer, and, I one of his first employees. He was gentle, good natured, a wonderful mentor and a big personality. In the days before specialist veterinary services we learnt to try our hand at anything. He treated his staff well and in spite of long hours and hard work the workplace was always a happy one. The way he treated and handled his clients was an education in itself. His advice, encouragement and influence persisted over many years as I established my own practice and veterinary hospital. He will be missed

Please accept my deepest condolences Jan. It was a privilege to live with you, Neville, my best friend Kirsty and Duncan and Lachlan when I attended Mildura High all those years ago. I particularly remember the wonderful tennis nights with the Mills family and witty conversation, over a good steak and a great drop of red on a number of occasions! I also remember Neville as a dedicated vet who tended to many of my horses over the years. I remember Neville as an incredibly hard worker, and a person who was intelligent, humorous and wise. Neville you will most certainly be missed. Love from Jill Tunkin
