Passed away peacefully at Mildura Base Public Hospital in the early hours of Tuesday September 15 2021, a week shy of his 89th birthday.
Adored husband of Iris (dec) and father of Jan Fair. Dearest Grandfather of Shey, Blake and Michael.
Beloved Brother of Betty (dec), Bob (dec), Nancy (dec), Ken (dec), and Colin.
Uncle Noel to a lucky few, Dear friend and supporter of many.
Sadly due to current COVID-19 restrictions a private family service will be held. A full celebration of his life will be announced at a later date at which all will be welcome.

Sympathy to Noels family terrific bloke my sister Trish Hadden nee Millar [ Bendigo] and I worked with him as teens at Maples. Noel was always kind , caring and good for a laugh too reunited with his Iris.
