Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family in Wentworth on Wednesday October 22, 2025 aged 57 years. Loving husband of Cheryl. Beloved father of Jasmine, Amy, and John. Loved son of Harold (dec) and Bonnie. Loved brother of Mark and Amanda (dec).
In keeping with Dale’s wishes a private family service will be held.
