For such a short time, your beautiful light graced us with an amazing spirit we will never forget.

This light and spirit will forever remain in our hearts no matter what. Even while we are all bewildered about how to go on without you alongside us.

I will always miss you and our friendship. Like so many, I will always regret never telling you directly how much I loved you. But I’ll always have the memories of how you’d humbly insist that it was me who was “too kind”, when all I did was name everything wonderful about you that we will always cherish.

I will forever treasure everything special you brought to everyone who crossed your path, just by being the best of who you are and encouraging others to do the same.

My thoughts are with your nearest and dearest at such an awful time.

Dear Carolyn, Mal and Michelle, Bonny and Luke and Nic,
Our deepest sympathy to you all on the passing of dear Emily. A vibrant, cheerful and smiling girl who had time for everybody. Taken way to early . . . . . Forever young !
Our thoughts and love are with you all at this tragic time. BJ and Jen

Our sincerest condolences to Mal, Caroline, Bonnie and Luke. Emily was a breath of fresh air in our lives, we feel very fortunate to have met Em and had the privilege of studying Social Work with her. Emily had so much to teach people about kindness, compassion, zest for life, finding the joy in the weirdest of places and just doing good for others, lifting people up when they were down. We’re forever grateful for her. Emily is the kind of person you never knew you needed in your life, till you met her. She touched so many lives and we will miss her very much.

    All our love,
    Nic and Jo xxx

My thoughts and sympathies go out to your family. It seems there was not a life in this community that was not touched in a positive way by you. Your smile was infectious and positive energy contagious. You will be remembered as a ray of sunshine the community was lucky enough to be touched by.
