Helen Seymour
Mal… It’s so hard to write this. Our wonderful 1st cousin. Dad..Reg Seymour’s nephew. You weren’t suppose to go before me. We talked about how we wanted our funerals. I hope you got yours. I’d love to go to yours but it’s hard now that I don’t drive(that damn brain tumor) . Being a few hrs away it’s hard. We have so many memories. Speedway. Fishing. Camping. Your remake of a motor bike frame that Dad had on the block. Not sure whether it was an Indian. And the tq. Chats about our family history. So so many memories.
In the words of your cousin’s band….
‘Floating on the city in the clouds,
Crimson on the horizon,
And the last few tingles of blue sky.
The crimson horizon grows ever thinner
as it gives way to the night,
And the stars fade into sight.
’I could live up here forever,
Laying down on a bed of clouds,
Gazing at the stars with you.’
I hope you have some great music at your memorial! Much love forever and ever. Helen Seymour, Steve Quest, Jeremy and Sam Seymour-Quest.

So very sad to hear of Malcy’s passing. My condolences to his whole family and everyone who loved him – some I know and some I don’t. He has left a huge hole that can never be filled. So very grateful to catch up with him & Michelle a few years back. He reminds me so much of Dad, his Uncle Maurie, it was amazing. Beautiful man with a beautiful personality and a big big heart. Enjoy that speedway up there Malcy, with your Dad and my Dad. Give ’em hell. Will be missed.

Our deepest condolences to the Seymour family. Mal was a great guy who enjoyed life to the most. His passion for motorbikes and speedway started back with his father.
RIP Mal.

Greatest condolences to Michelle, Carolyn, Bonnie, Janice, Val, Norma and your extended families. It is with a very heavy heart that we have to say goodbye to Mal, way, way to soon. Such great memories cherished forever of an “older cousin” who – didn’t let me drown in the channel as a kid, – taught me to ride his speedway bike around the “salt pan” as a teenager (& dad never found out). His greatest achievement – in a tinnie full of yabbies & shrimp with Uncle John down at Karadoc, putting a shrimp down my t-shirt as an 8 year old, where I got nipped, scarring me stupid. I still pick shrimps & yabbies up with tongs to this day… Rest in peace Mal, give Em a big hug for us. You will always be rembered with love and affection. You were a wonderful cousin. Happy “biking” in heaven skies :):):)
