It is with much sadness we announce the passing of Elvin at Chaffey Aged Care, Merbein on Wednesday August 6, 2025. Beloved wife of Geoffrey “Geoffie” (dec). Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Tracey and Des, Natalie (dec) and Ray, Colleen and Wayne, Kerryn and Sebastian. Adored Grandma of Ebony, Danielle, Tahlia, Bailey, Joel, Jordy, Connor, and Anthony.
In keeping with Elvin’s wishes a private family service has been held.
When family chains are broken nothing is the same.
But as God takes us one by one he links the chain again.

I loved going out to the old block house seeing Mrs Smith always smiling, fussing around and up for a chat whilst her Geoffie sat in the corner chair taking it all in and not saying a word. Such a special lady, sending big hugs to all of you, remember the good times as there are a lot and smile as you think of her. Gone but never forgotten x
