    A loving brother and friend.
A brother is for life, memories that last forever.
Over the years we had become close, the understanding of limitations due to injuries, the struggle to cope.
I will always treasure many nights on phone, discussing life, and wow our grandchildren.
Your voice lifting when you spoke of your precious Elle, Nate and Cruz.
The comparing of our vegetable patches, what works best, what we were planting.
I’ll never forget on one visit to your place, I rode your tractor around your backyard to see your large veggie patch. So so much fun.
Doug will miss many conversations via phone about AFL football, your team of passion St Kilda. So many bets, laughs, until you called it quits. Nearly always losing. Doug said you were the only one he knew that never got to see their beloved team win a Grandfinal.
Maybe in the near future just for you Wayne.
Wayne you were taken to early,
But our memories will never fade.
I’ll be thinking about you while I sit in my
amazing rocking chair you made for me. Thankyou for my beautiful gift, this I will treasure.
You always had time and enjoyed Cindy, Matthew and their families when they visited.
In our hearts forever, you’ll be sadly missed.
    Loving sister
    Suzanne, brother-in-law Doug,
    Cindy, Matthew and families
