It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of our beloved Daz in Mildura on Thursday May 11, 2023 aged 51 years. Loving son of the late Leslie and Ruth. Beloved brother and brother in-law of Allan and Leonie; Cheryl and Gary; Kevin; Kay and Jim. Adored Uncle and Great Uncle to all his nieces and nephews.
Family and friends of Daz are respectfully informed his Funeral Service will be held at the Chapel of Willow and Ivie 256 Irymple Avenue Nichols Point on Monday May 22, 2023 at 10.00am. At the conclusion of the service the cortege will proceed to the Nichols Point Cemetery, Lawn 2 Karadoc Avenue.
As was Daryl's wish please wear colour.
In lieu of flowers donations to Mildura Base Public Hospital - Chemotherapy Ward would be appreciated, and may be left at the service. Envelopes provided.
