To Don’s loving family what a hard working man , a young man leaves Italy and buys the Grand Hotel. Special memories for many for a group of young men from Melbourne who came to Mildura and stayed at the Grand for a week every January. played cricket and enjoyed the pool and the hospitality of Don.It won’t be the same this January, 2027. Reunited with loved ones you have earnt your angel wings. John Sacco and Karen Campbell 🙏🕊️💐

We send our respectful condolences to Don’s family. We are saddened to hear of his death as he has done so much for so many years for the development of Mildura and the community as a whole. He will be sadly missed by his family as a father and grandfather and great grandfather. His legacy will be remembered by many. I had the privilege of working with Don on Mildura Development and saw his vision at work and his love of Mildura and of his wife and family. A man whose generosity was never fully acknowledged. Respect and sadness. R I P Don.
