Dear Marg, Helen, Stuart and families

It was a wonderful privilege to work with Col during my time at NSW Irrigators’ Council.

Col was a passionate advocate for an industry he loved . He lead with humility and respect for all voices.

I will long remember the wisdom of his counsel and thoughtful approach to issues under consideration.

I am so thankful our lives intersected as they did.

Our deepest condolences to you all.
