Tributes

  • Denise Allen

Enid inspired many to aim high to achieve their dreams, especially women. Enid came into my life as one of the few females working in Antarctica during the 80’s and she continued as a valued member of the Antarctic community. Rest in peace.

  • Debbie Hassell

She believed in us and we believed in her. Enid was my principal as both student and teacher at Red Cliffs HS and was instrumental in Allan and I gaining teaching positions at Mildura. She was a source of great knowledge, wisdom and encouragement. She will be sadly missed.

  • Len Murfitt

Enid cared and got involved, encouraging everyone to develop. She was interesting and interested – a leader!

  • Helen Dobson (Crowl)

Dear Enid , you will be sadly missed.
A pupil of my father’s, my babysitter ( with Patty Ellen ) at Beechworth and lifelong friend of our family.
Our sympathy to all the family and friends of
    Enid.
    Now at peace

  • David Dodd (ANARE Club)

A tribute to an ANARE member who lived life to the fullest. Great memories of our meeting in Mildura years ago. Vale Enid
